1. About These Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the cleaning services provided by Northern Coastal Cleaning ("we", "us", or "our"). By booking our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

We operate in Perth's northern suburbs including Joondalup, Wanneroo, Stirling, and surrounding areas. Our services include standard house cleaning, deep cleaning, and end-of-lease cleaning.

2. Booking and Payment

Online Booking: All bookings are made through our website. You will receive a quote based on the information you provide about your property. The final price may be adjusted if the property differs significantly from the description provided.

Payment: Payment is required at the time of booking. We accept major credit and debit cards through our secure payment processor, Stripe. All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST.

Confirmation: Once payment is processed, you will receive a booking confirmation via email and SMS. This confirmation includes your scheduled date, time, and service details.

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Customer Cancellations:

  • Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled service: Full refund
  • Cancellations made 24-48 hours before: 50% refund
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before: No refund

Rescheduling: You may reschedule your booking free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled service, subject to availability.

Our Cancellations: In the rare event we need to cancel your booking, we will offer a full refund or reschedule at no additional cost.

4. Service Delivery

Access: You must ensure our cleaners have access to your property at the scheduled time. If we cannot access your property, this will be treated as a late cancellation.

Scope of Work: Our cleaning services cover standard residential cleaning tasks as described on our website. We do not handle biohazardous materials, pest control, or tasks requiring specialized equipment not typically used in residential cleaning.

Pets: Please secure any pets during the cleaning service for the safety of both our staff and your animals.

Supplies: Our cleaners bring their own cleaning supplies and equipment. If you have specific product preferences or allergies, please let us know in advance.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

We strive for your complete satisfaction. If you are not happy with any aspect of our service, please contact us within 24 hours of the cleaning. We will address your concerns and, if necessary, arrange a re-clean of the affected areas at no additional cost.

6. Liability

Damage: Our cleaners take great care with your property. In the unlikely event of accidental damage caused by our staff during the cleaning service, please notify us within 24 hours. We will assess the damage and work with you to resolve the matter fairly.

Valuables: We recommend securing valuable items, cash, and jewellery before the cleaning service. We are not responsible for loss of unsecured valuables.

Pre-existing Conditions: We are not liable for damage to items that are already in poor condition, improperly installed, or that fail due to normal wear and tear.

Limitation: Our maximum liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for that service.

7. Your Responsibilities

By booking our services, you confirm that:

  • You have the authority to allow us access to the property
  • The information you provide is accurate and complete
  • You will ensure a safe working environment for our cleaners
  • You will inform us of any hazards, security systems, or special instructions

8. End of Lease Cleaning

For end-of-lease cleaning services, our goal is to help you meet the cleaning requirements for your bond return. However, the final decision on bond return rests with your landlord or property manager. We offer a re-clean within 7 days if specific items are identified by your property manager, provided the property has not been occupied since our cleaning.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.
